Icon Retriever and Echelon of a force

Good evening,

I have been trying to display unit symbology on a map for an offline app I am designing. While the Mil2525 IconRetriever works really well, it does not display the echelon of the force. The echelon graphics exist in the zip, so I assume there must be a way. I assumed Mil2525 Modifier Retriever would work, but the Icons returned are empty. What am I missing?

The hierarchy of the armed services is not shown. Because the echelon images are included in the archive, I think it must be possible. Mil2525 Modifier Retriever wasn't retrieving any icons, despite my expectations. Let me know if you see anything wrong with my thinking!
