We have created an integration library that allows usage of the full World Wind Java SDK from .NET, including a custom control that allows the hosting of a WorldWindowGLCanvas in a Windows Form. At runtime all .NET calls are delegated to the Java side via JNI, so a JVM is still required. A demo is available and I'd be happy to send the library and demo to interested evaluators.
