Bulkdownload Limit detail to 1:100

I am working on a small project for work, and am trying to use the bulkdownloading ability of worldwind for it. I am trying to modify the bulkdownload example from the worldwindx/examples folder.

I want it to only download the images down to the 1:100 meter zoom level. What is a good way to do this?
