    The PartialCappedCylinder has a few bugs in it. It doesn't seem to care about the terrain-conforming flags - ignores them, they are false regardless of settings. In fact I got the Airspaces demo to crash moving around the PCC Radarc. I put it over the Rockies to see if it would change due to terrain (demo has both flags set to true), but it doesn't and eventually the demo crashed when I tried to move around looking at the object.

    Any chance someone has a fix for this? We are jumping through hoops trying to get a three-D terrain-conforming Arc drawn.
