ask information to understand blots

Hello, i'm french (sorry for my bad english) and novice.
It's hard to understand for me, i hope than i am in the good place for this question...

I saw black blots on lat. 27.5 and long. 47.5 in Saudi Arabia.
I found same blots but more organize on lt 30.45 lg 31.98 in Egypt.
In Egypt i thing to cultivation (?)
But in Saudi Arabia : it's not organize, is it even so the same things or not ?

They are irrigation circles (a spraying installation feeds from the center and drives circles). The first time I saw them was when I flew over the Central USA.
