Hi, I'm looking for a way to determine if the Navigator has changed...zoom, tilt, pan, rotate etc. I need to send back an event to the user when this occurs. We initially had an implementation that used addEventListener on mouse events, and detecting changes to the navigator. But now we are added the ViewControlsLayer. When the user interacts with the ViewControlsLayer, I have no idea that the view changes.

Isn't there something similar to a View Changed Event like on many other map engines where if the altitude, zoom, tilt, changes it sends out an event? I feel like I am missing something. Is there any way we can determine if the navigator changes when the user interacts with the ViewControlsLayer?
