Help with applet developpment

We need help with the WW applet. We need a developper to integrate a few additional features into the standard applet:

stage 1:
- auto-rotation of the Earth
- surface markers to identify a location
- HTML annotations

stage 2:
- better 3D (elevation) rendering
- plotical borders
- sunlight
- clouds
- atmosphere
- stars

Most of these features exist as packages, plugins, addons, etc. so it's a matter of integrating them rather than programming them from scratch. These features will need to be controllable via javascript (in the same way as I can add a location name on the globe via javascript).
