WMS Browser Problem

Hi folks,
i've got a problem with the WMS Browser.

I added the following two new WMS Server to the server list:

  <Name>KGIS WMS</Name>
    <ServerUrl>http://www.kgis.scar.org:7070/geoserver/wms</ServerUrl>
    <Version>1.1.1</Version>
    <Abstract>SCAR KGIS WMS</Abstract>

  <Name>KGIS WMS (SLD)</Name>
    <ServerUrl>http://saone.geographie.uni-freiburg.de:7072/geoserver/wms</ServerUrl>
    <Version>1.1.1</Version>
    <Abstract>SCAR KGIS WMS (SLD)</Abstract>
</Server>

the WMS browser lists both WMS-server and layers
but if i select a layer i'll get an Error Message
-->The given path's format is not supported

what do i wrong? thanks for your help

It is because the layer names have colons in them, like "SCAR:Contour_005". WW uses the layer name as part of the path to save the image and you aren't allowed to use colons in file names.

I can fix it to take out the ":"s in the code but it won't help the server work in 1.4 unless they take the colons out of the layer names on the server.
