type initializer for Utility.Log throw exception

After installation of World Wind, I first got the error cant reach the server, try again in 2 minutes. NOw I can't open World Wind and I get this:

The following error(s) occurred:
The type initializer for 'Utility.Log' threw an exception.
Unexpected logfile error: C:\Documents and Settings\Beau Cooper\Application Data\NASA\World Wind\1.4.0.0\WorldWind.log
The process cannot access the file 'C:\Documents and Settings\Beau Cooper\Application Data\NASA\World Wind\1.4.0.0\WorldWind.log' because it is being used by another process.

What is the fix?

I'd bet WW has not finished properly. Open task manager (ctrl+alt+del), search for a process called WorldWind.exe and kill it. Now WW should at least start. Another problem is reaching the server, maybe you are behind a firewall? If so enter the firewall parameters in the configuration wizard.

Yeah, this error always means there is a zombie WorldWind.exe still locking the log file.
