Getting 3rd party WMS data to work

Hi! I am trying to get the data from http://libcwms.gov.bc.ca/wmsconnector/com....c_layer_service to show up in World Wind. I threw it in the XML file, it is on the WMS list, and I can see the items it contains, but when I click "Still Image" on any of them (specifically, I want TRIM), Nothing shows up in WW.

Oh... they have help here: http://interops.esri.com/help/index.htm#admin.htm
