SVS and WMS server problems

Is anyone else having problems accessing the SVS and WMS servers? I'm getting the following error when I try to load the databases:

Animated Earth System.Xml.XmlException: The ':' character, hexadecimal value 0x3A cannot be included in a name. Line 16119, position 684.


I can't find an Animated Earth System.Xml file on my computer. Could this be a problem on their end? This just started happening today. Thanks!
