I discovered World Wind at version 1.2 and have been an amateur enthusiast ever since. I don't have a computer science background and this is my first time seeking help.

I am trying to view the ZoomIt layer titled "New York (2004 .15m)" of Nassau and Westchester counties in New York. No matter how far I zoom in, the entire area where there is data for the layer gets covered by a low-res jpeg-like overlay. I can tell from Ctrl-H that the tiles are loading underneath, and I can occasionally get a glimpse of them when my video-card glitches as I pan around. However, whenever the camera is still, the area is covered. This happens regardless of how many other ZoomIt or Images layers I have selected.

I have a screen shot of how it looks here. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? I am using version 1.3.5.0. Thanks!

That's very odd...try setting vertical exaggeration to 0 (press 0). I haven't had any problems with ZoomIt, then again I haven't tried NY.

I think Nigel said it would be licensed to DOD. Maybe send a message to Nigel to check on the status. I don't see his pluggin on the Full Add On page.
