World wind error

The last two days I get fatal errors and a blank screen after about an hour in world wind.

After shutting world wind down, I try and reopen it, but all that comes up is this fatal error message. World wind will not launch until I run my registry mechanic, fix the errors in registry & reboot. Then I am good again for another hour.

I will write the error since I cannot post the image.
"A FATAL ERROR HAS OCCURED"
The following error has occured"the type initializer for Utility Log" threw an exception"
Unexpected logfile error C:\Documents & settings\Rick Downey\Application Data\Nasa\World Wind\1.33\Worldwind.log
The process cannot access the file C;\Documents & settings\Rick Downey\Application\Data\Nasa\World Wind\1.33\Worldwind.log because it is being used by another process.

I looked in my Documents & settings\Rick Downey and there is no file or folder there called Application Data. (Could someone explain to me how there can be a logfile error in a file or folder that is not there. The only application data folder is under Documents & settings\Administrator\Application Data and the folder in there is microsoft/internet explorer. (I just did a search for Worldwind.log and it does show in Documents & Settings/Rick Downey\Application Data\... Now, the errors shown in there are all server errors & the last one was on July 12th. Why is this error not in there. Why was this file not updated when I delted my world wind & downloaded 1.3.2 two days ago. .


Can someone help?

I have a radeon 128 ddr radeon 9700 pro.
I have 1500 mb of ram, 3.06 mhz. dell.
My computer and video card are not the problem.
