Men's face in Italy

I am sorry but I see nothing looking like a face.

is the nose and the two lakes are the eyes?

Your efforts are generous but, even if I understand what you mean, it looks like a face as I look like Marilyn.

Well, i tried my best though you're right: the face i found belongs to a Troll in best case.
