Sealand is s#cks, look at this! This is Oil Rocks city (Neftyanye Kamni) - really giant artifical structure at Caspian Sea. It's a true city - there is a few-thousand people population. It was build at Soviet era, now it's at Azerbaijan. |

Yes. This is a REAL city!
