Sealand is s#cks, look at this!

This is Oil Rocks city (Neftyanye Kamni) - really giant artifical structure at Caspian Sea. It's a true city - there is a few-thousand people population.

It was build at Soviet era, now it's at Azerbaijan.

A city ? A real city ? I thought it was oil extraction field and structure.

Yes. This is a REAL city!

Modern Oil Rocks (one of the inhabited structures):


Now Oil Rocks has near 2000 inhabitants, 200 km of "streets" and dozens of extraction facilities.

I think the movie is "The world is not enough", with Sophie Marceau. It begins in Baku and it ends here.
