Black and cloudy tiles

My WW seems to fail to show some tiles on the sea. The land is ok but when I move the mouse on the sea there are just some entire black tiles intervened with cloudy tiles that I can't see clearly on the map. Could that be a problem of my graphic card or something? This problem is really bothering me. <_<

Aren't the black tile places where there is no land, and therefore no Landsat images? And lots of tiles are cloudy probably because there are parts of the world where it is often cloudy and taking pictures until you get some that have no clouds isn't a priority.
