i saw images of seeing people with this but when i keep zooming i don't get anywhere near to people..i can't even tell a difference in houses...it just doesnt zoom close enough...what may be my problem?, am i missing any patches here?(i havent installed any patches)

What does Ctrl+H show if you open it then move around?
Also, unless you're in the US, the images will get blurry after ~10,000metres.
