World Political Map AddOn



.... i was creating this AddOn for myself, and than i found a suggestion about an AddOn, showing a colored political map ( http://worldwind.arc.nasa.gov/forums/index...?showtopic=2255 ). so feel free to download if you want.....

Well, fine. I made one too, with borders - looks different, it's in the original request post.

This may be a crazy question, but is it possible to expand this plugin to choose which countries are colored?

I downloaded and installed this addon, but when I click on it in the layers, it doesn't show up. Any ideas ?

Which WorldWind version use ?

Which 1.3.3.1 for increase effect color : open .....\Config\Earth\PoliticalWorld.xml
which the Bloc-notes and replace <Opacity>75</Opacity> by <Opacity>150</Opacity>

Nope. It's a ginormous bitmap, so it's not separable as-is.

I'll bet you can open the relevant bitmap (make a copy first) in paintbrush and erase/bucketfill to your heart's content. It's not very flexible, but it would let you customize a little bit.

You can use too PhotoFiltre a french freeware exit in english version and other
languages......It's very cool.... with many fonctions.

Yup, that'd work just fine. I'm not sure on how the transparency works, but it will at most make it faded, not colored.
