Error code like that is pretty useless. Could you provide a bit more information, eg when in the installation (I assume it is an install problem) process did it occur, what else did it say, do you have updated .Net and DirectX. Even possibly what type of system you are trying to run it on. Without that other vital information we can't help much.

I am having that problem also with the 0xc0000135 file missing .....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr......if someone would HELP MEEEEEE PLZZZZZZ!!!!!!
