Flat Earth Image

WW ROCKS!!!!! Thought I would start by saying that

I am having an issue though, I want to do 2 things that I cannot seem to see how to do it.
1. I would like to get a Flat image of the Earth (like a paper map)
2. I would like to import a kml file to over lay onto the flat map.

I am able to do the import no problem, but I cannot seem to figure out how to get just a flat map (or mossaic as they call it).

Hope some one is able to assist.

What do you mean by flat image? Is it to export outside WWJ?

It is to export, but I have a kml file that i would like to overlay before I export. Thats really what I am trying to do.

Sorry, i just realize this is WW. net...
There used to be a few options or plugins to export images from WW. Other options to deal with KLM too. But i'm not sure you'll be able to export the resulting image though.

Thanks again for the reply. I have been able to export the map, but my problem is that the globe is round rather that flat which would help me portray what I am trying to do.

You probably needs something like OpenLayers that can display both WW tiles and kml to make a 2d image.
