webcam links

hi

just thought it would be a good idea to have links to some webcams round the world when you zoom in to street level to see what is happening in realtime at certain places.

You can build your own add-on to do that. No need to have it built in WW.

I think a simple add-on could be developed, to show the locations of cameras. When you click on it, a web browser is opened to show the video.

The problem is obtaining the list of cameras with their coordinates. Maybe people could register their own cameras in the worldwind website, so that only one database is needed.

Another option could be using the geocaching webcam list (webcam caches). They have the coordinates and the links to the webcams. But there isn't a single list... you have to do multiple searches to find everything.

It would be great to be able to watch places while you "navigate" ww.
