Lost Place Names

Place names of "populated places" seems to appear and dissapear at random! I zoom in, and suddenly they're loaded and visible, but after some panning and/or zooming out, they might be gone, even when I zoom back in. Usually this gets me wating for some other downloading to be finished until attention is pulled to the placenames again, but often in vain, cuz often the place names will never pop back in...
It's annoying! As many other things with place names (doubles, lack of reasonable "levels" (=All or Nothing, when quite large cities become visible, so does every small village) etc)

Feel free to fish around in your configuration folder for Placenames.xml and adjust the heights at which they are displayed.

When I did the mars placenames I didn't really tweak it out much because it's just a pain trying to get everything to display right. I imagine Chris did the same with earth placenames.

If you can come up with something better, by all means post it and we'll see about including it in upcoming versions.
