Please note the following add-ons are in no way endorsed or supported by NASA, any questions relating to a specific add-on should be placed in the appropriate forum thread. Not all these add-ons are compatible with version 1.3 of World Wind.

Trail/Waypoint add-ons



Norway's Prehistoric Hillfort Waypoints, Prehistoric hillforts in the municipality of Sarpsborg in Norway.

Thomas has made an add-on which displays the prehistoric hillforts in the municipality of Sarpsborg in Norway. The icons have URL's containing descriptions of the hillforts. Some of the hillfort URLs include digital photos of hillfort construction details.

I meant to say it the other day.. but this is great.

Couple suggestions. It's a little loud at first. 4 paragraphs all in bold.

Also the landmarks cataloge and icons were made by two students if I recall correctly. Might want to ask shock or something, but their names should be included as developers as well. Shock dug up the old page, and stuck all the pieces together.

cool, I was going to do it shortly, but I want to do some work on the list too, needs some updating and warnings about 1.3 compatibility.

Hello all..This is my first post to the forums..So far this program is great..I do have a small problems though, I installed the USGS Urban Layer addon and now its stuck showing all the time..Even if I have everything unchecked in the layer manager it still shows the urban layer.It would not be a problem but it looks alittle funny with any other layer on as well.Thanks ahead of time for any help given.
