Can't find VISSRTM.exe

I'm looking for the colored SRTM add on. It was called VISSRTM.EXE and also WorldWInd_1.3_Topographical.exe. I'm not sure if it will work with V1.4.1, but if it will I could use it. If anyone has it, could you possibly zip it up and post it here?
