Hi all,
I did a -quick- search of the forums before posting this, so please be forgiving its its been answered 48390 times already and I missed it. I'm currently setting up a pc in an Inn in Anchorage, AK to show whomever is using the guest pc here a 'You are Here' type of photo. I have the url ( worldwind://goto/world=Earth&lat=61.21774&lon=-149.90411&view=0.01106 if you wish to see it) included in the Desktop icon that loads the general area of where I'm staying, but of course, it doesn't load the Urban image. (Using the Urban images, the inn is located in the north shadow towards the center of the view loaded by the url, south of the white building in the center) (Copper Whale Inn, icyww) Although I know I can change the config files to load the urban first, is there a 'layer=' command that can be added to the URL to load the Urban USGS? Also, less wanted but would be nice, is there a way to load the lat and long at various view angles? I plan on making a quick tip/instruction sheet with links to various spots/views around the Anchorage area, and these two functions would be nice. Thanks in advance, JamminR |

That is being addressed in future releases of WW. I am not 100% sure if it made it to 1.3 release or not. A developer will have to give the deeper details on that one.

Thanks Thomas. By the time I'd read this, I'd made a 'really' basic one. I'll add this to the links section of the small one I created. |

It might be an idea to wait a couple of weeks. The dev team are working on a new version. Kind regards Thomas Risan
