Hi All !

I've got W98SE, a TNT2 Ultra 32Mo Full version...Supported in the videocard compatibility list, 512Mo physical RAM, 5.7Go HDD Free space, and no phoneline available.

No way for this machine to be connected so I NEED to install & use WW offline.
I used another computer to DL softs & caches-packs on a portable drive so I think I've the necessary but I'm stuck on this same dirty message box with a white cross on a red circle with :

"Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program"

- Clean installations done in one time without any error.
(I've IE6/.NET+.NETSP1/DX6-7-8-9/MDX9.0C/WW1.3.1.1 & all officials caches packs)

- I tried differents swapfile schemes (free/2048-to max/4096-to Max...).

- HDD (unfragmented, free space 5.7Go) & RAM (512Mo) are checked OK.

- I even tried to put back a ghosted blank 98SE system to test avoiding any SW/DLL interraction...

NO WAY : I've never seen the interface yet

Does WW use a kind of distant activation stuff ?

Desperatly tracking for a fix................
