Outlines of major calderas and impact structures in USA.

3 colors :
red : Caldera Boundary
green : Caldera Boundary, uncertain
blue : Extent of large buried impact structure

Is there any way to keep the lines above whatever imagery is being displayed? They appear fine with just the blue marble layer, but if I turn on any of the satellite or USGS layers then your lines get covered up by the images.

you can try with vertical exgeration at 0, but this is a problem with world winds trail rendering and not the actual add-on.
