WWJ freeze on splash screen

Hi, i have recently recevied an application developed with wwj. All worked fine on my hp elitebook 8760 with XP 64bits using a jre 32bits (graphic card is a quadro 3000m) in dual screen mode.

But actually i have some trouble. The application basically displays points, lines ans circles on the Earth. When i display only points everything works fine. Problem appears when i want to display lines and circles, the application freezes on the splash screen. I have tried to launch the application on a clone notebook and everything worked fine (points, lines and circles). I have tried all directX test with success and disabled the dual screen but the application still freezes.
This error seems to have already occurred in my department but they gave up trying to find a solution.

I am facing the same problem on a Windows 7 Home Premium machine. I installed the application in C:\NASA\ as recommended and tried running as administration. The application still crashes at startup.
