SurfaceShape texture resolution dependent on window aspect ratio?

Hello,

We are using WW in a context where the window is often has a more horizontal aspect ratio, and are noticing that this dramatically impacts the resolution at which surface shaped are texture mapped to the surface. The following images illustrate the problem using the WW surface shape demo:

Is there a way to avoid or correct for this phenomenon?

This problem will be fixed in the 7/4 build.
