GeoServer native support for World Wind

I used those instructions to get my GeoServer up and delivering DDS-format data. Unfortunately, the link at the bottom for more info on getting WorldWind to work with GeoServer-provided layers only points back to the top level of these (WorldWind) forums. It doesn't point at any specific instructions to make it actually work on the WWJ side. (Possibly because those instructions don't actually exist anywhere.
