Hi to all!!
My name is Juliao Andre Mbongo, and I submitted a proposal for ESA-SOCIS NASA World Wind. Since I didn't find any other way to reach the mentors and the community, I did this post
It will be great to know if the mentors/developers have some questions/doubts about my proposal. Because the right path to make a successful proposal is to have an active communication with developers. Understanding the needs and clarifying the doubts.
