World Wind Problems Microsoft.NET

I just got World Wind and when I try to run the program I am having problems with the file security.config.cch. This file is found under Microsoft.NET folder and deals with the framework. My computer says the file is corrupt and unreadable and tells me to run the Chkdsk utility. Chkdsk does absolutely nothing. Norton didn't help and I'm not computer savvy. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks

Well this is my problem, I have tried to install 1.1 again but it does nothing. I attempted to uninstall the 1.1 have on my computer now (which is obviouly the problem since my PC tells me the files are corrupt it won't uninstall it) I just can't get rid of the darn thing!

While this may not fix the actual problem, or work at all, here's mine:
- Rename 'security.config.cch' to 'old_security.config.cch'
- Download http://www.twobeds.com/upload/userfiles/Sh...rldWind/SCC.txt (http://www.twobeds.com/upload/userfiles/ShockFire/WorldWind/SCC.txt)
- Move that downloaded file to the folder where you found 'security.config.cch'
- Rename 'SCC.txt' to 'security.config.cch'
