Keep only one of the high-res layers switched on at any time. Otherwise you get this "bleeding effect".

how do you get a image of such good quality...? land sat 7 is real blury for me..

hello i am from swiss :D
go to the layerManager and select Images / High resolution.......
ans select only !! the last box USGS urban area ortho imagery so you hafe no more mosaik effect =)
for you battleaxe the same =) :D

That is USGS Urban, not LandSat. :)
