I have only been using WorldWind for a week or so and think its a great program. Fascinating in fact :)

Everything works fine except for Modis and the function keys! I have updated to WW v1.2d, I have set all regional settings to US (location, language, times/dates, keyboard) but I can not get the Modis icons to appear. It was when I was trying to work-around this problem that I realised that the Function keys weren't working at all (ie. F1-F12).

I have a P4 2.4 GHz PC, 512 Mb RAM, 80 Gb HDD, ATI Radeon 9700Pro, 101 key keyboard, WinXP Pro SP2 and latest versions of .NET Framework & ATI video driver.

As I mentioned I have tried re-setting all the localisation settings to the US ones, I have tried rebooting following making the changes, and deleting the MODIS cache, but nothing seems to make a difference. When I click on the MODIS option the dialogue box comes up and contacts the server and downloads the latest files, but then no icons appear on the maps (at any viewing scale).

Thanks for any help...

The function keys are gone, it's just the keymap that's old
As for the MODIS icons, you might want to delete your MODIS folder:
'Cache\Earth\Rapid Fire MODIS'
After deleting that start WW again, and let it redownload all the files

Thanks for the suggestion Shockfire. Even though I have tried this previously, this time it worked! One of those delightful little "features" of Windows I guess...

Since the 1.2d update the "MODIS", "Lewis and Clark" icons don't appear!
Moreover the Astrobiology kit doesn't work too.

Can anybody help please.... I had already looked for related Posts in the Forum, but didn't find any help...

Please check if you have any (recent) .txt files in your WorldWind that start with DEBUG,
if so please paste them here
