Your video card is a problem...
Riva TNT2 16MB: Ok : works with the 45.23 drivers - download here.
Riva TNT2 M64 32 Mb: Does not work
Riva TNT2 Ultra 32 Mb: Works, after revert to 45.23 drivers- don't zoom too close
Riva TNT2 M64/M64 Pro: does not work with the 6.14.0010.5303 drivers
Riva TNT2 M64/M64 Pro: Ok : works with the 45.23 drivers
Riva TNT Vanta 16 Mb: Does not work
Try installing this driver ftp://download.nvidia.com/Windows/45.23/45.23_win2kxp_english_whql.exe

I've tried everything I can come up with. I still get the Direct3D error. XPPro/nVidia Riva 32 MG TNT2. .NET/dManager installed. HELP!!! Here's the scoop...I hope it helps others. XPPro drivers don't work /w WW. DO NOT UPDATE from Windows. WW works /w the older drivers but the pic isn't real great if you zoom closer than 500alt. I've lost some hair over this, so hoping this info helps. There's a blog posted that takes you to the D/L site for the driver. Good Luck...I'm gonna try a couple of the plug-in add-ons to see if I can get a better zoom. Thanks!

Mk...just wanted to say THANX for the help. Your info is slightly incorrect tho....the nVidio TNT2 64 32Mg does work /w the older driver, but zoom is crud output. Thought you'd like to know. Thanks again.

The zooming may be an issue with the resolution itself - where are you looking and do you have the hi-res (USGS) layers on? Read the FAQ (link below) for more help.
