Error occoured during the installation

An error occured during the installation of assembly component
(94FFBBE8-363A-473C-A1C7-.....HRESULT:0X0070005)

During the installation wordwind this mirror was shown by installation DirectX for managed code update (Dez 2004)

I´ve download DX from the listed link. Is there any chance for me to use the program too? :(

Go to Start > Run and type 'dxdiag'. At the bottom of the System Information section, what DirectX version does it say you have?

Hmm, try this:

1.. Click Run on the Start menu.
2.. Type the following and click OK:
%windir%\system32
3.. Delete the file mscoree.dll from the System32 directory.

I´ve done this -- but now there is no insatllation from DX too --- whats to do??

Even I´ve installed .NET the same error is opening by the installation worldwind!
Before - i´VE delete the mscoree.dll from Sys 32
