Strange rainbow like line by the atlas mountains, guesing its just an artifact from the image processing, just thought it strange that it shows up in the NTL and Community Landsat. Are they generated from the same data?

Yes, I think they are often (always ?) generated from the same datas. It's the reason why you often see the same things - I mean : boats at the same place, smokes and clouds at the same place, and so on...

Since it is in both versions of the landsat, it isn't from the NLT image processing. So I am guessing it is an image artifact from the initial image capture or initial processing of the image.

And yes, WWC LandSat and NLT LandSat are the same image data, just processed differently. And Google Sat images are also LandSat processed another way.
