Configuring WMS Server - BIL files

Is there any guide on how to load BIL files onto the WorldWind WMS server?

I'm currently also trying to provide BIL files using the WW Server, but having difficulties setting it up. I have the impression that the tutorial pixelpusher mentioned is outdated (version 0.6). Is there any newer one?

And another question, since I tried Geoserver before: Did anyone EVER SUCCESSFULLY imported BIL elevation data published by a geoserver? There is this nice plugin, but it just didn't work for me...
