Hi there,

I'm a newbie to the worldwind application. So far I created a simple application and was wondering: say I wish to 'dress' the world with the natural cover as in here http://worldwindcentral.com/wiki/Image:Natural_Earth-02_256.png

where can I download the code (or use the API) that does that.

That sample is from 2008 and it was an add-on for the .Net version of worldwind. I haven't heard about anyone doing this for WWJ yet. If you want to get it started yourself you can get the imagery from here http://www.shadedrelief.com/natural/pages/download.html and then load locally into WWJ.

This little program might be helpful. It will enable you to produce your own DEMs. I find the help files in this program to be valuable just by themselves though. Huge number of links to data!
