elevation error?

When viewing Lat: 37.16753 Lon: -77.66428 at 62,107 meters using the USGS-1m data, there is some strange error in the data. A few of the blocks have towers of land that appear to be over 39,000 feet tall! Very odd looking.

Any ideas?
