WW downloads and visualizes SRTM90 data for the entire world in version 1.3

Also includes SRTM30 data for the US, and we should have DEM's coming into play soon of various countries.

i need converter for converting other data to SRTM *.bil format

The file is just a raw array of 16 bit ints compressed with 7zip.
