We have received a lot of great feedback about the erWEB Add-on Pack. We were reluctant to post this layer on the WW forum, because it contains the locations of commercial entities. However, people seem very happy that they can now find environmentally-friendly products and services in their area using a Geographical Interface, especially one as amazing as World Wind. Although it may not have been created for this purpose, World Wind is proving to be a useful search tool for geographically-based information of all types.

Thank you for letting us know (and for posting the add-on in the forums), its good to see all the uses World Wind can be put too, and if its succesful as a commercal tool maybe the commercial sector will give something back (such as sponsoring community servers) to help us evolve the program and data it provides even further.

Thanks for your support. I agree that commercial users should give something back when possible, especially if World Wind is helping to put money in the bank. We will continue to develop both scientific and commercial applications that use World Wind as a visualizer. By doing so, we are trying to help people understand just how useful World Wind can be. The idea of sponsoring community servers is a good one. We'll add that to our list of ideas to consider.
