GlClientActiveTexture not available

I am getting methid GlClientActiveTexture not available on some machines (different video cards)? WWJ would not work on all cards?

Strange, on the same PC i opened WWJ applet viewer on IExplorer it works
http://www.gis-solution.com/WWApplet/WWApplet.htm but the standalone application dosn't work
