When I draw the view in closer (with my mouse wheel) the image does not adust focus. I kinda gather that 'LandSat 7' has something to do with this, but when I toggle one of the buttons, I get:

a: A brief [red] rectangle, as though 'blow-up' box had been created, then...
b: A message saying that the app had trouble connecting to the server, and would try again in a coupla minutes, which of course, never comes.

I'm running all o' this with Windows XP [Home], on an ABIT NF7-S mobo, AMD Athlon processor, and ATI Radeon 9600 (128mb) graphics card.

So, uhm...what magic am I missing here?

'here'...Wow!
'here'...WHOA!
'here'...TOO MUCH!!

Well, you know...if I'd just searched the forums, I'd have never had the chance to say Thanks!

Just what I was looking for. Wonder if that was me standing on my front porch? (That's some great resolution!)

Most likely the proxy doesn't have that information. Version 1.3 will be out soon, and that will work properly! :)

To check it's not a connectivity issue, could you click the USGS button and zoom into the United States? If WorldWind is connecting properly, you will see black and white iamgery load up.

I clicked on the USGS and zoomed in the US but nothing happened, it was just a blury green.

Did you zoom in to say 5,000metres? If you did and didn't get anything, it seems you have connectivity problem. How do you connect to the internet? Do you have a software firewall running?

Interesting. Do you have a router? Check its logs, it may be blocking World Wind.

I don't understand why World Wind doesn't receive data then, hmm. Maybe someone else will come along with some ideas.
