Country missing: No border betweBelarus and Russia

Is it just me, but it appears NASA is still using some Soviet Union borders. There is no border between Belarus and Russia.

We should all be happy the evil empire is gone and draw the present Russian borders accurately.

If I get the idea right, this shouldn't be too hard to fix if you know what you're doing - aren't borders just glorified paths or something?
