.Net Framework Initialization Error

I have version 1.e installed and receive the following error on starting up World Wind.


.NET Framework Initialization Error!!

c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1. 4322\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded!!

Can you helm me?

make sure you have .NET installed, World Wind requires that and the latest directx.

Install .NET 1.1

That should definitely fix the error.

I do appologize.. the next installer correctly checks for just .NET 1.1 and prompts you to install otherwise (I was unaware that WW now requires 1.1 instead of just 1.0)

Hello every one. I get a message error when trying to initialize World Wind:

WORLD WIND ERROR
Unable to locate a compatible graphics adapter. Make sure you are running the latest version of DirectX.
-2136232832 (Unknown)
at WorldWindow.WorldWindow..ctor()
at WorldWind.WorldWind.InitializeComponent( )
at WorldWind.WorldWind..ctor()


I've installed the latest DirectX file from Microsoft DirectX 9.0c End-User Runtime
known as dxwebsetup.exe

Any Sugestion please?....
