dstile + PNG

Thanks to what_nick for updating dstile for PNG output. It works great, but is very slow. It is roughly 10 times slower than the default jpg output.

I did warn you. It is because Gdal's of route of compressing and decompressing the tiles , if you figure out something simpler, let me know. An alternative is to tile to tif's which will be full quality and uncompressed and then convert them to png via imagemagick or something similar. You can also cut out blacks and make them transparent using convert transparent -black in imagemagick.
